HELLO! *hugs* Ugh, periods are a major source of problems for me, but my homeopath is really helping and some of the remedies she's given me have been fantastic. I'm glad you've found something that's helping. :)

I've been working on a "new lifestyle" for years...but apparently I'm just not very good at it. I want to do better but yes, what you said, it sounds very familiar.
