Can you tell I am completely obsessed with this little haiku thing?;)

But I simply couldn't resist posting this particular one. It's so fitting. Because I have recently joined the Legolas_Aragorn_Slash Yahoo!Group and submitted a drabble for the March-April Challenge. Go me!:D I am officially a slasher now.;P

And I have a feeling that drabbles just might be my kind of thing.;) They're fast, they're easy (well, not SO easy with the exact word count, but I like a bit of a challenge), and you don't really have to worry about a plot.;D And they border on poetry, which is also very appealing. How to say exactly what you want to say, in as few words as possible, with as much content as possible? that is really something that puts my brain in working mode. So yeah... there will be more.:)))

And there are some lovely manips at the L_A_S, by the way. Of naked Aragorn and Legolas holding each other. Mmmmm... I am melting. I think I will write another PWP... or something. Or spend the night perving over my impressive printed-out manip collection.;P Life is good indeed... *blissful sigh*

Another convert to drabbledom! Like the haiku generator, I think you'll find they're addicting as well. The discipline of having to adhere to a limited number of words forces you to hone your message and become very selective about choosing exactly the right words. When it all comes together, it's such a sense of accomplishment!

I like your comparison to poetry. I think that's valid, it's almost a prose-poem format that lets you convey strong emotions in a short piece.

And yes, lately L_A_S has attracted some very talented manip artists. If you haven't already discovered them, the other site for exquisite A/L manips is Lassegalen's Laire.

Absolutely! Yay! to everything you said. You get my meaning so well.;)

And yes... the manips at Lassegalen's Laire are just divine. I literally worship them, lol. They constitute the best part of my printed-out collection.;) When I first found them, I nearly had a heart attack from too much beauty...

Oh, I am going to have sweet dreams tonight...;D <3
