ouch, i hope your back is better. i have scoliosis and have had resulting back trouble since adolescence. one suggestion: anat baniel's dvd. i heard about her from slashfairy and i have had some real relief and it's so gentle that i am never sore. she posts a bit about it here if you want to check it out.
