I hate Yahoo!Mail. It throws me out and tells me that my session has expired when I'm right in the middle of composing a message (without allowing me to save the message before I sign in again). And then it tells me I'm "not allowed" to send from my alternate email address (when the original one is being rejected by the account I'm sending to). It never pulled either of these nasty tricks on me before I switched to the new, "improved" beta version. Improved my ass. *growls*

In other news, Wilde is a great movie. Very depressing, because it's a true story, and because it perfectly exemplifies the irony of fate... but also very frank, very honest, and uplifting because of that (I hate biographical movies where famous people are "de-gayed" for the benefit of the homophobic audience, and am very happy every time I see one that doesn't try to do that in any way... lol). And very educational, of course. I did read something on Oscar Wilde back in my Irish phase (when I devoured all the Irish-themed books I could find in the British reading room of my university library back in Poland), but it wasn't much, and I don't think I ever knew the whole story. I mean, I knew about the trial and the imprisonment, but not how easily he could have avoided the whole thing and how it all was Alfred Douglas' fault. That he was such an annoying, spoiled brat. Oh, how I wanted to kick his snotty ass through half the movie... lol. And the fact that I seem to have a problem with Jude Law didn't help either. Maybe he was good for the part, because he was supposed to be a poncy boy without much character (other than throwing hissy fits at every turn), but I find him dreadfully bland. I swear Orli showed more personality in his one minute episode (and he was a more fresh-faced baby too). And the guy whom Oscar dumped for Bosie - I don't know the actor's name, but he was gorgeous! Much better looking than Jude, imo.:P Why do the best-looking ones always have the least screen time?... LOL And Robbie Ross, the only person who truly, unselfishly loved Oscar - except for his mother and wife. An ugly guy, but with a heart of gold. I don't think I even knew he existed - let alone that his ashes were placed in Oscar's tomb...

Anyway. Gotta go for now. It's bedtime, the weekend is over, and I have a headache.:( The sooner I go to sleep, the more chance it will be gone by morning. *signs off*
