Happy Birthday, tindomerel! I know you probably won't see this until after the weekend - but better late than never, I hope. I wish you all the best throughout this next year of your life... And I do read your posts, by the way - every single one. Even the neverending "5000 questions" meme...;) If I were to leave LJ, you would be one of the very few people I'd actually miss...

But I'm not leaving - not yet, anyway. I was just thinking of MAYBE letting my paid account expire and upgrading my Dreamwidth to paid status instead. But the reason I wanted to do that was because I would love a nicer layout/style for my DW account - and it appears that you don't really get any extra styles to choose from if you pay. You get 100 icons instead of 15, and some other perks I don't really care about - but the selection of available layouts seems to be the same. Which kinda sucks, because I don't really like any of them, to be honest. I picked one of the "least hideous" ones, in my opinion (*LOL*). So I'm not really willing to spend money on that journal if I can't make it look better. But perhaps I should still get rid of my "extra icons" package for LJ; I have over 200, and I don't really use at least half of them anymore. At least the LOTR ones... but they have huge sentimental value, and I can't bring myself to remove them. Yes, I have major issues with moving on and letting things go...;)
