Mother Nature is still playing cat & mouse with me, making me feel like my period has already started - only to pull back an hour or so later, turning it into a false alarm. I hate when that happens. It is so awful when that happens. I have have been the victim of Mother Natures cat and mouse game recently too. Preparing for the pain and sluggishness to start, but relieved that it will be over soon, and then finding out that it's all a false alarm, then I tend to be waiting on tenterhooks until it actually starts. Grrr. I'm sorry for the false alarm and that you couldn't take a day off.
It looks like a lovely meme. I think I may 'steal' it soon, and take 30 years doing it too. Lovely story about the woman and your shared smiles. It is always nice when strangers smile, and it doesn't happen often enough.
