It's actually nice to be able to tell other people what they should be doing and to train others - makes you feel important. :-)
It does, in a way. Though I'm usually not very comfortable with that. Training one person at a time is fine, but I would probably quit if someone tried to push me into a more 'supervising' position. I just don't have that kind of personality. I don't mind some quiet appreciation of what I do, but I hate being in the spotlight. *shudder*

True. But that doesn't make it any less annoying.:P
And please don't ever apologize for 'long egotistical comments'. These are exactly the kind of comments I'm hoping to get - especially in response to long, egotistical posts.:D I type my personal rambles here because I want people to ramble back.:) Otherwise I would just scribble them in a secret notebook locked up in a drawer, wouldn't I?... *smirk*
