Dear Santa...

Dear Santa,

This year I've been busy!

In September I farted in an elevator (-6 points). In March I gave [livejournal.com profile] taelyn_sass a life-saving blood transfusion (50 points). In January I ate my brussel sprouts (1 points). Last month I bought porn for [livejournal.com profile] jenlynns_fics (-10 points). Last Wednesday I put money in [livejournal.com profile] willowwing's expired parking meter (14 points).

Overall, I've been nice (49 points). For Christmas I deserve a Lego set!

Sincerely,
floatingleaf

BUAHAHAHAAA!... My sins are pathetic.:P And only one point for eating my Brussels sprouts?... No fair.;D As for that Lego set... can I have an AraLego set instead?...;]

In other news, the weather was nasssty this morning and it made me grumpy as all hell (and the fact that I am about to get my period any minute doesn't help either). I barely opened my mouth at work all day, unless someone spoke to me first. I just didn't feel like talking. It seemed to require too much effort. I think my winter depression is settling in.:( I know I'll get over it at some point, but the beginning of winter always knocks me down for a while, and it seems to be getting worse year by year.:/ I know I would feel infinitely better if I could work from home and didn't have to drag my sorry ass out of bed (and then outside) each murky, frigid, windy morning... but what can I do? I should be happy to still have my job, such as it is. Even if it keeps me stuck here, while dreaming of all the beautiful, warm, sunny places on the planet I'd rather be instead. *wistful sigh*

Would you settle for a Lego Aragorn instead? :-)

You should get 1,000 points for eating Brussels sprouts. ;)

My niece posted on her Facebook that she was still shivering from being outside, shoveling snow. Ugh. Stay warm!

I am sorry you feel like that about the weather! I sometimes despise going outside when the weather is like that too (or the season), but once I am outside I feel so good and there is always something I can enjoy, like cold chilly air that make my cheeks glow *laughs*

The only thing I hate in any weather and even more in rain and melting snow is too much traffic.

By the way, the recipe you posted the other day sounds just fantastic. Fantastic. I love blue cheese...

(When we had brunch after meeting a certain handsome man in his late forties, I had American pancakes, freshly made, with maple syrup, blueberry jam and EXTREMELY good Danish blue cheese. O-M-G. I had never thought of that before and I ate and ate until people at the table asked me if I wasn't full soon :D Not the most low-carb-diet-friendly food but I don't eat that every day...)
