I introduced my husband to pickled herring in sour cream and he loves it now. I always buy it for Christmas (and during the year too, when we are in the mood). The kidlet was sick right before Christmas, so this year's preparations were very hurried and I didn't make any of the traditional Polish dishes. But I'm thinking of making bigos this week :).
