I have this unsurmountable urge to share something tonight. In fact, it might be only the beginning of a major spammage, because I've been traipsing around YouTube on a sentimental music journey.:) I didn't even know so many of my favorite songs/artists/bands etc. from all over the planet actually had videos - let alone ones that were easily accessible online. I guess I'm still 'old school' in some ways and capable of approaching some aspects of the internet with a sense of childlike wonder.;) Anyway... this is a song I actually haven't heard before, though I'm rather fond of the singer (I don't suppose he wrote the song, though, because there were videos of quite a few other people singing it as well). I do admit some of his videos are awfully tacky (you CAN overdo it on the gay sometimes, you know) - but this is a live performance, and he's not preening too much for once.:P And the lyrics absolutely floored me. If gay men ever decide they need an official anthem, here it is. So, without further ado, I present Marc Almond - What Makes a Man a Man.
