See, I can't do it in the morning. I am NOT a morning person, and there is NO WAY I will get up earlier than I have to, just so I could exercise. *violent headshake* :D

In the evening though, after a long day of sitting in a chair, in can be actually pleasant to stretch out the stiff, tired muscles.:) Though I usually need to apply a heating pad to my neck first, so I don't break it while trying to stretch.:/ And sometimes the heating pad makes me feel so relaxed I don't really wanna move.:P
