Thanks, Jo. Even though I pretty much do as I please right now.:P And having 'your own space' also means having to pay for everything yourself (repairs, renovations etc.) instead of just calling the landlord to fix it - and that particular aspect of it might be a problem. But we'll see. Keep your fingers crossed for me.:)
