Bipolarity might be one of her diagnoses, along with some unknown god-complex too.
She was a Leo. Even relatively healthy Leos often have a god complex.:P
you´re very brave to share it with others
I'm glad you see it that way. I was a little worried people might think I'm just fishing for sympathy, or something. It all happened so long ago, after all, and I'm well over it by now - I would probably never mention it if I hadn't stumbled upon that article I was quoting. It just felt good to have my experience defined and validated somehow, you know? Even after all those years...
past the "mating" stage? Oh, shut it and give yourself some credit, dear!
I didn't mean it in the way of "no one's ever gonna want me anymore". Rather more like "I'm never gonna want anyone anymore". If that makes sense. I just don't feel like I want to be bothered with the whole dating thing all over again.:P I am extremely picky these days, and I'm NOT going to "settle" for something/someone just so I am not alone (especially since I absolutely LOVE being alone). I'd have to fall MADLY in love before I could even CONSIDER leaving my happy single state; and since it takes a lot for me to actually feel attracted to someone (unless they're a fictional character, LOL), let alone want to do something about it - I think it's pretty safe to assume it's not going to happen again. And I'm perfectly fine with that.
So don't worry about me, dear. The "past mating stage" assessment is more of a choice than a predicament in my current perception.:D
Oh, and did I ever tell you your icon is TEH SEX?...;)
