I think its a great way dealing with things through putting words on it and really recognize and sort of "embrace" what has been and analyze experiences even if they lay behind and has been dealt with in other ways too. I mean, to have had an experience like that is part of your past - an important one as well as painful, but nontheless part of you. Others can recognize themselves through such an open dialogue, which I personally think makes LJ a perfect place to share in. =)
