Thanks. Do you know of any meditation/Buddhism-inspired techniques for controlling mental or physical anxiety? Like a calming breathing exercise or something? I am about ready to jump out of my own skin, and I am etxtremely wary of chemical tranqulizers or other such mind-altering stuff. There must be a healthy way to get my act together, dammit.
