I wanted to make a longer post tonight, but somehow it didn't materialize. Whenever I seem unable to decide what to write about, there probably isn't much of anything worth writing about. *sigh* Shopping trips? Crowded malls? Maddeningly inane "Christmas" music played at every store I walked into?... Blllerrrghhh. I'm not gonna waste any time or space elaborating on that. Instead, as a form of detox, let me share this video. One of my favorite songs by Anathema. With lyrics.

wow. a simple mistake is truly a piece of art.

It's so funny that I've always had about 8 Anathema CDs from my friend on my hard disk but over the years I only listened to Judgement... I used to indulge in such dark and hopeless climates like in the second song you posted. I no longer listen to that kind of music, but when I play it, like today, it still gives me goosebumps. Even if I am so happy nowadays it wakes in me feeling of deep nostalgy and sadness inside... What music!
