Take the Seven Deadly Sins Quiz

So true... LOL. I don't have huge expectations from life - as long as no-one's forcing me to over-exert myself in any way, I'm fine.:P

I spent the weekend doing mostly that, plus some more shopping, even though the weather was exquisitely crappy and my new, smart winter shoes gave my feet a special kind of hell.;| However, I have to admit I was saved from utter misery by my brother-in-law, who singlehandedly loaded my little narrow bookcase + low end-cabinet into his Jeep and then, also singlehandedly, carried them up the stairs to my new place. Praise be to the man, I say (and let's just forget for the moment that he votes for Bush ;). So all I've left to deal with is the rest of the clothes, books, CD's, DVD's, kitchen stuff, toiletries and other little odds & ends. I think I'll manage. Btw, my family is giving me plenty of stuff for the new apartment: I got a big set of pots & pans and another one of cutlery waiting for me at my parents' house, plus a low living-room table and two little end-tables that they aren't using any more. And my sister gave me a nice electric kettle. And, of course, my dad is coming over next Saturday to help me with the new furniture and bring whatever he can fit into his car.:D And the Comcast people are supposed to come on Saturday too (btw, I found a brand new PC card while I was packing up some of my things; it must have come with my laptop, or with the DSL start-up kit). So, it's gonna be a crazy weekend (on Friday I will be moving the rest of my crap, unpacking and waiting for the furniture delivery). And I can't honestly say when I might be making another post. I hope there are no issues with the cable internet installation - but even so, I just might be too busy/tired to check in right away. So don't panic if I'm quiet for a week or so.;)

Speaking of cable internet, I am sort of wondering what's going to happen to my SBC/AT&T Yahoo!Mail account after I change my ISP to Comcast. I guess it will switch back from the "sbcglobal.net" address to the old "yahoo.com", which is a free account; but what does it mean in terms of space? To put things bluntly, will it dump my old saved email?... I am using only 15% of the available 2GB, but I can't remember how much space a free Yahoo account offers. Helpful pointers, anyone?

And with that I will say goodbye for the time being. See you guys in March.:)
