(no subject)

There is another nice piece of eye-candy in my private collection!:) American Yakuza. I had doubts about ordering it, but some of the screencaps I found online captivated me so much that I gave in.;) And well... no regrets. It's really not as bad as I thought it might be, and Viggo's character certainly has some depth. Besides, he's such a treat to behold in worn denim, his hair longish and slightly unkempt... My favourite image, so to speak (next to the Aragorn look, obviously:))...

I had also rented Carlito's Way, just to see that 5-minute episode he has there... And somehow it felt just amazing to watch it right after seeing G.I.Jane. I couldn't believe I was looking at the same guy. Which only further conrtibutes to my admiration for his acting...

And well... the only reason I haven't bought ROTK yet is that my sister + brother-in-law are sure to get the extended version as soon as it comes out (they have special editions of both previous parts). And even though they're gone, probably until Christmas, my roommate has also bought the ROTK DVD already... so I guess I'll get to see it as soon as her folks have had enough of it for the time being...
